DEO GRATIAS: A NEW FSSP
PRIEST
Deacon Anthony
Sumich was ordained an FSSP priest in New
Zealand on Friday. If you are not yet familiar
with the FSSP--(Priestly Fraternity of St.
Peter) you should seek them out. They are holy,
counter-cultural men who represent the future of
the Catholic Church. They are dedicated to
spreading the latin mass and say it exclusively.
I attend mass at an FSSP parish and our priest
is one of the holiest priests I have ever met
next to the late Fr John Hardon, S.J. and
Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen.
Roger, a reader in
New Zealand, photographed the ordination of
Deacon Anthony Sumich and graciously forwarded
some wonderful photographs of the event. Among
those photographed are the Superior General of
the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter, Fr John
Berg, newly ordained priest, Fr Romanoski, and
Fr John Rizzo.
As Roger stated -"It's great to see
traditional catholicism come back to NZ in such a
magnificent style".
