ARE MANDATORY ABORTIONS ON THE HORIZON FOR THE WEST?

Here is another fine article from Mr Frank M. Rega, S.F.O., author of St Francis of Assisi and the Conversion of the Muslims. As Mr Rega points out St. Padre Pio defended the controversial encyclical, Humanae Vitae, praising its “lofty teachings” and “eternal truths.” But one aspect of Humane Vitae which is often overlooked today is its grim warning that governments might “impose” contraceptive methods on citizens. In the light of the Humanae Vitae’s other accurate predictions, are mandatory birth control and abortion on the horizon for America?

St. Padre Pio demonstrated the depth of his love and loyalty to the Church when he publicly praised and defended Pope Paul VI for his encyclical Humanae Vitae, “Of Human Life.” 1 Upon its release in the summer of 1968, a torrent of vilification and disobedience was unleashed upon the Pontiff from within the Church, as well as mockery and scorn from without. Such open rebellion against Peter’s successor was unprecedented, and yet he had done nothing more than his solemn duty to uphold the infallible, magisterial teaching of Catholicism against unnatural methods of birth control.

The likes of Fr. Hans Kung, Fr. Charles Curran, et. al., and the Canadian Bishops’ Winnipeg Statement, brazenly stood in opposition to the teachings of their own religion. Many did defend the document; but one great saint, a man

CHINESE WOMAN FOUND TO HAVE 23 NEEDLES EMBEDDED THROUGHOUT BODY FROM GRANDPARENTS WHO WERE DISAPPOINTED SHE WAS A GIRL

A 29-year old Chinese woman was recently found to have 23 sewing needles embedded throughout her body --which are believed to have been placed there by her grandparents when she was an infant because they were disappointed at having a granddaughter instead of a grandson.

From
The Independent: "Luo Cuifen knew something was wrong when she went to the doctor after finding blood in her urine, but nothing could have prepared her for the discovery of 23 sewing needles, which doctors believe were stuck deep into her as a baby by her grandparents.

"Doctors suspect they wanted to kill her because her family preferred a son. Some of the needles were pushed into the fontanelle, the soft spot on the head all babies have before the bones knit. Ms Cuifen, now 29, was a second granddaughter, leaving the family no chance to produce a treasured

SUICIDAL CIVILIZATIONS -- 18 MILLION CHINESE MALES CAN'T FIND A WIFE

From the beginning of time man has defied God's laws--this is nothing new. But modern man now has at his disposal high-tech means to defy the natural law on a massive scale --none seem so insidious, and destructive as those that are based upon the idea that man can bring about his own sterility. The future generation has become modern man's enemy--that is --until he needs his social security payments. No part of the globe seems immune to the diabolical and suicidal threat of artificial contraception and abortion.

It has been estimated that more than 85% of women of child-bearing age are using artificial contraception. If this is accurate --- it should come as no surprise that the vast majority are blinded to the evils of contraception, and why the Blessed Virgin Mary stated that "souls are falling into hell like snowflakes". Humanae Vitae predicted this eventual institutionalization of artificial contraception which would be forced upon the populace by wicked regimes such as the Chinese government. We are now only beginning to see the devastation that man's scheming against the natural law can cause. The tyranny will not end here. Perversions, abuse

CHINESE RIOT OVER ONE CHILD POLICY

From International Herald Tribune: BEIJING: A intensive campaign to enforce strict population-control measures prompted violent clashes between the police and local residents in southwestern China in recent days, witnesses said, describing the latest incident of rural unrest that has alarmed senior officials in Beijing.

Villagers and visitors to several counties of Guangxi autonomous region in southwestern China said rioters smashed and burned government offices, overturned official vehicles, and clashed with the riot police in a series of confrontations over the past four days.

They gave varying accounts of injuries and deaths, with some asserting that as many as five people were killed, including three officials responsible for population-control work. A local government official in one of the counties affected confirmed the rioting in an interview by telephone but denied reports of deaths or serious injuries.

The violence appeared to stem from a two-month-long crackdown

THE CONSEQUENCES OF A SOCIETY WITH A SHORTAGE OF FEMALES

The deadly combination of a nation's preference for boys over girls, and the modern medical technology to carry out this preference, threatens the future stability of the world at large.

History provides an example of the consequences of a sex imbalanced society.
From NZ Herald:

"In the middle of the 19th century, an area the size of Germany located between Beijing and Shanghai in central China was run for more than 15 years by the Nian rebels, a 50,000-strong network of bandit groups who lived by pillage and rape.
