Here is another instance of secularism twisting the natural law. The European Court of Human Rights has decided that children do not have a right to be adopted out into a healthy male-female marital relationship but rather the human right belongs to those who choose to engage in perverse sex and still want to adopt children. Atheistic Secularists are bound and determined to undermine the natural law of God so that the future generation will be reared in a pro-homosexual environment.

The European Court of Human Rights has convicted France of discrimination for preventing a lesbian from adopting a child. She was turned down by French adoption authorities for lack of a male role model in her household.

A majority ruling found that article 14 and 8 of the Human Rights Convention had been violated. France was ordered to pay the woman 10,000 euros in damages. Article 14 forbids discrimination. Article 8 provides for the right to respect for one's private and family life.

From now on, France and all other member nations of the Council of Europe will no longer be able to refuse adoption to a single person because of homosexuality.

Adoption by gay couples is legal in France along with nine other European countries- Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Iceland, Norway, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Sweden.

In France, where homosexual marriage is not allowed, adoption by a lesbian or gay person could now be possible.
